• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By posting or sharing User Content that you mark as "public," you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
• Private collections remain accessible only to you and are not shared with other users.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other user accounts
